Key Responsibilities

• Responsible for deal due diligence and evaluation
• Support Managing Partner / Partner on due diligence (including market research, product / service feasibility and financial analysis), deal execution and portfolio management 
• Assist in the preparation and presentation of investment memo to investment committee
• Conduct industry research on specific healthcare areas
• Assist with networking efforts within VC and entrepreneurship communities

Required Experience and Skills

• Graduated from one of top medical university with MD or PhD. Degree or MBA in US or China
• R&D and/or product experience with multinational pharma or health care company favorable Entrepreneurship experience a plus
• Deep passion for health care sector
• Strong analytical skill
• Strong communication and presentation skill 
• Fluent in written and spoken English and Chinese
